Water Kefir!  On Thursday April 23rd, learn to create a healthful home-made fruit "soda pop" from a water kefir starter culture.

  • Cover the whole process from creating the initial sugar mixture to filtering and bottling
  • Sample the finished product
  • Take home kefir starter grains and instructions

Fee: $15 ($7.50 with LAC) + $7 for materials

Participants should bring a small, leak-proof jar to take their grains home in.
